I'm worried about my height
I'm a 20 year old male and my height is 166.7 cm (self measured) , I have seen an x-ray of my foot ankle and my growth plate (epiphyseal plate) there looks fused. I want to know if there is any scope for further height gain and whether all growth plates in our body fuse around the same time . Thanks You

All the epiphyses fuse by this age. So no scope of gaining more height. Exception - Illizarov surgical technique.
Next Steps
Increase heel in shoes, both from inside and outside.
