Good thing is you seem to have noticed that the something has not been going well and is actually affecting you. Many a time we may not even realise and get into denial at times which potentially may lead to clinical depression and complicate things.
Next Steps
Meet a psychiatrist for a comprehensive assessment and to determine appropriate treatment. Usually mild form of stress, depression and anxiety are treated using psychological therapy like cognitive behavior therapy and lifestyle modifications. Practice mindfulness of becoming present to your emotions without fighting with them. Practice yoga, meditation, good sleep hygiene, healthy eating etc. Address any underlying stresses you may be facing.
