At this age u have to wear glasses. After completion of 18 yrs if your numbers doesn't increase then only u can go for surgery.  There are different options available but that dhould be discussed after your numbers stabilizes. Dont worry. Wear glasses. Options are there.

Hi, Any refractive surgery can't be done before the age of 18. So wait for some more time and continue with your glasses. Go for detailed evaluation with a LASIK surgeon or Cornea consultant to determine if you are suitable for refractive surgery.

As of now you must wear your glasses regularly. Since you have high cylindrical numbers I would advise once you should consult an eye surgeon and rule out early keratoconus-an abnormal condition of the cornea.
