I having chest pain since 4 month.
My vit D3 and Vit B12 was 12 and 160 i having chest pain also . I took ecg echo tmt it was normal only . Then doctor told me to take tab neurobion forte after taking tab neurobion forte my chest pain increase s

Having a pain, heaviness or discomfort in & around your chest can be scary. It does not always mean that you are having a heart attack. There can be many other causes, including Other heart problems, such as angina Panic attacks Digestive problems, such as heartburn or esophagus disorders Sore muscles Lung diseases, such as pneumonia, pleurisy, or pulmonary embolism Costochondritis - an inflammation of joints in your chest Some of these problems can be serious. Treatment depends on the cause of the pain. To rule out cardiac issues. Get a ECG and 2D echocardiography done. If they are normal then get a TMT / stress echo done.. If they are also normal then you have nothing to worry from heart side Your Vitamin D and vit B12 levels are very low...this causes musculoskeletal pain s due to radiculopathy. So You need to take Tab.shelcal 500 twice a day Cap. cholecalciferol 60 k units once a week for 6 weeks And multivitamin capsules like A to Z once daily For 2 months Meanwhile take Tab. Flexon Mr twice a day for 5 days Cap.
