I have uneven skin over face

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have uneven skin surface in facial area with lines and marks and scars. I want to have clean and rejuvenated face with fresh feel. Also my face is too oily and want to get rid of this problem too .it makes my face look dull and makes me feel uncomfortable. Please suggest me the treatment plan I could persure and a lump sum idea of expense I have to manage. I want complete solution to these problems specially excessive oil over my face and the small scars.
