There various spots in my arms since 5-6 years, now they are increasing and coming to the hand areas, I want get rid of these small spots completely. Neither they are painful nor itchy, but it doesn't let my hands look good.

Spots is a very vague term.. other components need to b addressed like colour size etc. Get urself examined by a dermat n start treatment. It can b a simple fungal infection or some kind of pigmentary disorder.
