Hi there...Sometimes tablets like ipill which contain high dose hormones, alter the menstrual cycle. It can delay you cycle. Firstly you have to take a home urine pregnancy test. Secondly you must remember that there are many causes for delayed periods like pregnancy, pcod, fibromas, stress, drug intake, anaemia, thyroid disorders, etc. So kindly consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation.
