I have severe pain during my periods
I have severe pain during my periods in legs and back , is there any sign of serious health issue related toh my pregnancy in future or any other medical ailments remarks?

Most women will have some amount of pain and cramping during periods. It’s normal. As long as it is not unbearable or preventing you from doing routine work, it can be controlled with pain killers. But there are certain conditions like endometriosis or adenonyosis, which cause severe pain during periods.
