I have reflux and chestpain and backpain
I have reflux with chest pain and back bladder pain I already taken Ecg and Echo everything is Normal and Dr sd it's GERD but still I have not judge Wt happened and wn I eat nonveg it's not digesting property and middle of chest tightness and pain throat hurts

It's due to Gastritis and GERD. If you take Antacids u ll feel better. But to prevent recurrence avoid spicy and oily foods, Have Bland diet, include probiotics like Yogurt, drink more water. Take small meals at proper time interval.
Next Steps
Avoid citrus fruits, coffee and tea. Have more fruit juices, tender coconut, etc. Avoid alcohol. Never skip meals. Do yoga or walking half an hour a day

You are having gastritis related complaints. Avoid taking spicy food. Have small meals and avoid going to bed just after meals. Add salad in every meal. Take Plenty of fluids.
