I have problem with belly n thigh fat
I m 27 year old n 5 feet height.i want to lose weight .i weigh 53 kg.can u please suggest me the way to lose belly n thigh fat.my main concern is lose weight from these 2 areas only.with other parts i feel ok

Take high fiber low fat diet .Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
