Hi, Plantar fasciitis is typically a self-limited condition, and studies have reported a resolution incidence of up to 90% with nonsurgical measures. If pain persists, Injection therapy, immobilization in a cast or walker boot, physical therapy, and custom orthotics can be employed under more controlled supervision. For severe recalcitrant cases, surgical intervention may ultimately be required.
