Please give me diet list my weight is 68.please tell me what can I do? Please tell me what can I eat and what can't .and tell me which exercises is suitable for pcos.I want to remove ovary cyst

Dear Practo user, There is no point in removing the cyst. Consult Dietitian regarding diet control. Brisk walking and aerobic exercises would help.
