I have open pores on my face

I use to get a lot of pimples earlier now they have left open pores on my face. These are very disturbing I try to hide them with makeup but because of that my skin is becoming dull day by day. And sometimes these pores looks more large from usual please help me to reduce them or completely remove them.

The condition which you are describing are not pores but scars secondary to your acne. They need laser treatment. Creams are not of much help.
