I have lost my skin glow
My body colour is very fair , but my face and neck looks so dull now (we can't even compare them or we can say vanilla-chocolate combo ) . i have been caring for my face since 2 years now , and i haven't gotten any result for yet . i have started having green tea , cut off the whole sugar , having low gi value fruits, using sun screen lotion ,washing my face for three times and using aloe vera before going to bed . i am stuck with this process now . what should i do to get my radiant face skin again . it was a long time journey but i'm not seeing any finish line here .

Thanks for the query. Skin care needs to be customized based on the presenting complaints. Based on your description, it appears that you have facial melanosis which could be melasma compounded by acanthosis nigricans. These conditions have a strong relation to one's internal health and it needs to be evaluated as often quoted - Skin is the mirror of internal health. Attempting treatment without understanding the pathology will be futile and make the course longer. Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation which probably will include a retinol based night cream and a vitamin C based lotion.
Next Steps
A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sunblock. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products.
Health Tips
