Knock knee in a fully grown adult cannot be rectified by physiotherapy or bracing. (In fact, bracing has been shown to be ineffective even in children.) Physiotherapy cannot correct the deformity, but may be used to strengthen the muscles around the knee.
The deformity has to be studied by full length standing xrays of your limbs. Usually a corrective osteotomy(surgery) will be required if the deformity is severe.
