I have joint pains from past 2 years I used to do gym I thought because of that I have pains, many orthopedic doctors suggested me for
calcium tablets I took lot of calcium tablets , if I take calcium my pain more worsens ,after 2years recently I checked my vit -d and calcium , I have enough calcium but vit-D is around 21.8 I stopped to going to gym for 2years but even I have pains during using stairs and wrist moments , My Daily routine is ruined, is it because of vit -D or any other reasons (literally 2 years)
