I have Hypothyroid and ankle Pain
I have been to bone doctor for ankle pain and he prescribed for blood test and i have TSH 19 and they declared i have hypothyroid and bone doctor didnt have a look at my ankle pain and unformed me to treat hypothyroid which will eventually cure ankle Bone pain. I ahm currently suffering from quite a bit of strain with my ankle pain. what should i do. I have consulted an endocrinologist She have given me some tablets, My question is Is Hypothyroid permanent in nature and how do i proceed with it?

Tsh at 17 is way too high. it also affect calcium metabolism. first you should start with dose of medicine to control it, along with that start doing exercises for ankle in form of clockwise and anti clockwise circle, dorsiflexion and plantar flexion without body wight first and then with body weight. also visit physiotherapist. once you will start with your thyroid medicine and as it will come to normal parameter your endocrinologist will slowly start reducing dose.
