I have huge hair problem

Sir/madam, I am sandeep kumar I'm suffering from my hair loss. Daily my hair loss is very huge it is decreasing and for me it's becoming bold head also. And daily I'm scratching with my hands very hardly and my head it is becoming very heat.So, please kindly tell me what will be the problem. Thanks & regards.

Androgenetic Alopecia might be causing hair loss and dandruff might be causing severe itching. Use Ketoconozole based shampoo weekly thrice and Minoxidil 5% foam twice daily for 4 months.
