In my opinion along with medicines your brother also needs therapy which can help to eliminate grassroots problem which he might be having but is not able to face them, after due course of therapy he can lead a good life, and if someone is not able to form marital relation with their partner that is not introvert extrovert issue we need to fix this from where this dissociation is coming.
