I have been exposed to hot glue fumes.
Im 19 and I love doing crafting so I would use the hot glue gun. Little did I know that there are fumes when using and would sometimes get dizzy and a little dazy, mild headaches. As I'm having a school holiday, I have been using it close to 2-3 months now, about 3 - 4 times a week, sometimes only for half an hour to like 3 hours a day. I feel really stupid when I realise I have been sniffing those fumes in, I mean I dont deliberately smell it but it does get to me at times and Im dont even wear a mask. I did not know the potential risk it can cause and I only realise it till now. The glue is bought by my father for industrial use but whether how toxic it is, I have no idea as the packaging is lost. All I want to ask is should I see a doctor? And has this cause some serious damage to my brain? I'm so paranoid now and I feel like taking my own life.
