I am Male my Age 30 year ,I head back pain last 2 month. i am try moov & ideax but after some time problem again coming up what i do?

hi I'm Dr Prashant Parate. first tell me how did the pain start, what do you do? what's your occupation. what are your physical activities. most probably you will need physio therapy exercises.
