Hello, you can do baking soda in water mouth rinses or apply baking soda on ulcers.. this will help to heal the ulcers. if it still persists consult to a physician and get your vitamin B levels checked.

Visit dentist to rule out any sharp tooth or cheek bite. Ulcer may be caused by stress. apply mucopain or dologel locally to ulcer. Start taking vit c (limcee) and vit b complex (nurobion forte) for one week it will fasten healing
