If it is confirmed that it is fungal infection then u may apply nailon nail lacquer over affected nail and take oral antifungal like terbinafine; itraconazole etc.
but don't start medicines by own. Consult dermatologist for proper application of lacquer and dose and duration of oral antifungal.
