Good morning sir I am 44 years old I have a smoking habit from 22 years on wards. Daily I smoke nearly 20 cigarette's from last 8 years. Yesterday I went to my friends house entered into Ac room suddenly sweating and vomiting sensation and motion feel. What happen sir.

Kindly visit the ER and do a proper cardiology work up to know the current status as you're a smoker you will be at high risk for cardiac and lung problems. So kindly visit the ER at the earliest and do an ECG right away and a Trop I investigations as well. We would require further information and investigations to know the underlying cause of the incident.
