I have a renal stone of 12mm
12mm stone in renal pelvis.What is the best procedure to get rid of it.Mild hydro nephrosis. Pcnl or Rirs Suggest me

first would need conformation on CT UROGRAPHY and if same size then , less than 2 cm stones are not advisable for pcnl in guidelines , rirs or/  stenting followed by Eswl depending upon HU unit is better choice since you have hydronephrosis stent first then decide. Pcnl can be done if facilties for Rirs is not there

Get done CT ivp n then decide. Definately u need surgery.

U need surgery  definitely.  To plan the type of surgery u need a CT scan. I'm from visakhapatnam. U can call me if necessary.

Needs CT urography to comment upon. It's all about technology. And it's in between miniperc vs RIRS. PCNL is done for bigger stone.
