I have a Chalazion
I had a chalazion for a year I have prom in a week I'm 15 year old no one cares I don't know what to do I've tried to cut it out myself I just can't do this anymore I've tried everything warm compress til my eyelid got so dry skin starts breaking off washing my eye with salt

Hello
There are three options
A. Medical management which includes warm compresses followed by lid massage followed by application of antibiotic ointment like azithromycin locally over lid margins...only warm compresses will not help
B. Intralesional kenacort injection
C. Incision and curettage
As you have prom in a week... Surgery is the best option.. consult local ophthalmologist
