I hav uticaria problem for last 6-7 YRS
I GET TEMP RELIEF BY HAVING ATARAX 10 MG TABLET ON SOS BASIS. BUT I HAVE SEEN THAT EVERY SECOND OR THIRD DAY I HAVE TO TAKE ATARAX 10 MG.
IS THERE ANY CURE OR I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE DRUG.
I HAVE TRIED MONTAIRE TABLET BUT THAT MAKES SITUATION WORSE

First of all,get you nadi pareekshan done. Am in gurugram only and you have to come empty stomach for that. After proper diagnosis,shall suggest medicines and diet. Till then,take haridra khand powder 3 gms 3 times a day.

At first keep yourself free from stress and anxiety
Avoid oily ,spicy and food acidic in nature.Which causes pitta imbalance.
Consume light and hygienic homemade food
Have dinner 2 hours before going to bed at night
Add some Katu(bitter) vegetables like bitter gourd in your daily diet which works as blood purifier.
Above are the general suggestions which can reduce the severity of urticaria.And the Ayurvedic medicines are extremely helpful to cure urticaria.

Urticaria is called as Shitapitta in Ayurveda. It usually flares between change of seasons. It can be totally cured by a combination of Panchakarma and medication.

Avoid spicy and fermented foods ( south Indian) and bakery products.

Hello.why are taking atarax for? you have not mention that. Ayurveda can solve your problem. please consult Ayurvedic physician, Take medicine do panchakarma.
