I feel like I dont want to live
I have been depressed since 7 years, having severe migraines.I have outbursts of anger sometimes so bad that i want to hurt myself. I dont feel loved and most of the time I'm lonely. One moment I feel high like I can achieve anything ,become successful and the next I'm crying in agony. 3 years back I developed this involuntary habit of tapping my feet or hands in anger, when I'm hurt and crying so bad.I don't understand how to stop this. It hurts in my head. I have anxiety and tried meditation but it only gets worse. I am unemployed since 4 years. My relationship took a toll on my mental health. Iam struggling with suicidal thoughts. Now I just want to be peaceful and need help. Please suggest me something that'll help improve my mental health. Thankyou.

Going through the things that you mentioned, you should see a psychologist in person who will help u better in person. For now, u can start working on anger, by using anger management techniques and start being with people and if no one around at least connect with your family members and try to get involved in your hobbies.
Next Steps
Kindly do visit a professional in person
