I daydream excessively
I have ruined my life because of daydreaming. I am addicted to it , I cannot concentrate on my studies. Due to this habit i have one extended semester in my college . I often daydream about achievements, friends, success, love interest basically everything. I really want to quit this and work hard on myself to achieve those dreams outside my head , but now i feel so overwhelmed all the things i need to accomplish and find it difficult to concentrate. I am slowly losing everything in life. I think i have great potential, but now it seems as if it was all a part of my dream which i started believing. I need help

To quit day dreaming. you much do reality checking i.e where do you stand in your life presently + what are the situational demand + what are the losses you are having because of the day dreaming. Once you are able to do so, you will stop doing that. It will further motivate you to plan accordingly.
