Ulcers in the oral cavity can occur due to many reasons.  Most importantly being stress,  hormonal changes in females,  due to deficiency of certain vitamins, intake of certain medicines ( like antibiotics). Continue applying the gel which will provide you symptomatic relief. It will take about 7-10 days to heal. Continue taking the vitamin b tablets. Regular exercises, healthy diet with lots of water intake and most importantly reduce stress.
