Hello,, you need to get checked your blood pressure,, some women normally experience all these during pregnancy,, even some times high blood pressure in pregnant lady (pre-eclampsia) could cause same symptoms, which needs to be controlled carefully , so kindly visit your gynecologist get your routine check up done.
