Hello, you need to visit the dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done. If there is a cavity, get it filled. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. Then get a crown placed over it.

Your symptoms suggest that you need a root canal. Medicines will just help temporarily. You'll get relief only after getting the tooth treated.
Next Steps
Visit dentist Asap

The dental caries must have reached the pulp tissue which needs to be confirmed upon an intra oral x-ray. In that case, an root canal treatment must be done and a crown must be placed on top of it.
Next Steps
Please do not self medicate further and please do visit the dentist ASAP.

Medicines are temporary relief. Your tooth cavity reached pulp tissue so you need root canal treatment and followed crown on that tooth.
Next Steps
visit your dentist immediately and take treatment

Hi,Get a x ray done as cavity is deep & tooth will require root canal.Take antibiotics & painkillers to relieve pain.Avoid eating from that side till the treatment is done.
