Hey, Talking to oneself is something every one does. It might include positive talk as well as negative. about past, present as well as future.If your self talk is mostly negative it's sufficient to make you sad as well as anxious. You would have to start noticing your strengths and start appreciating yourself for it. From today, I want you to notice minimum 2 things nice about yourself & your life and write it down every day.
