I am attached all photos.
Skin getting hard and cut occurs on foot sole. It has been happening since last 2 years . I think it's like corns or psoriasis. Pleases suggest .
Please suggest ..it will help to us ..my father facing very difficulties for walking.

Greetings! Thanks for the query.
The description of the symptoms and photos suggest that the problem is likely to be psoriasis (Palmo plantar type). Please consult a Dermatologist for proper assessment and customised treatment plan. I can assure you that with proper treatment your father's symptoms will improve.
In the mean time you can apply ointment/ creams containing "coal tar" and "salicylic acid" to the affected areas.
