Suffering is not an option. It is good that you have I sight about your problem. The treatment consist medicine and psychotherapy both. You need to take an opinion from psychiatrist and if needed Dr. Will start medicine for withdrawal. The psychotherapy with addiction therapist will help you develop insight and techniques for handling craving etc. Long term abstinence will help you.
