Adult polycystic disease of the kidney is a autosomal dominant Genetic disease,which have a progression with age more manifested in late middle and older age,no particular drug available to cure the disease,but harmful effects can have some management ,mainly depends on evaluation and stage of disease.get fresh evaluation done by a nephrologist in the locality to advise for proper treatment
