I would say the best way for you would be to communicate with a gynaecologist. But most importantly, understand that what you are facing is not a crime and you don't need to feel guilty about it which can lead you to depression. I would say that your asking a question about it in such a forum is a much mature step then just worrying and ruminating about it over and over again.
