I am 9 days late on my period..
I took ipill on 20the june(On my 4th day of period)..In July I missed period and today is 9th day of missed period.. I did pregnancy test thrice after missed period.. All come negative.. I am taking meptrate.. What could be the possible cause

As you have taken meprate, wait for menses to start.
