I am 5 ft and 8 inches
Currently my weight is 84 and I feel pain in my ankle and also feel tired. Want to change my food habit.. as a Bengali I do have strong intention to have lot of meat and fish and rice.. please advice me some food routine which can lower my weight .. what it should be ideally..

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks . start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.

Hello -1st of all your weight is high -and you did not mentioned your height so i cannot tell you your ideal body weight. -and yes because of overweight there will be pain. -yes ofcourse we will help you to lose weight but for that you have to contact us.
