Hypothyroidism
My son is 3 years 6 months old and weighs 23 kgs n height 1O3 cms
To his blood test we find T4 as 1.O5 and TSH as 6.96 are those results are abnormal if yes is there a permanent cure and any side effects please advise

Its the right time to start with thyrixine but better have consultation with pediatrician or endocrinologist
