Hypothyroid diet for normal person?
We are M36 F34 couple. My wife has hypothyroid and I don't. What effects can happen to me, if I go on the diet suggested for her? Is it all about increasing my salt intake a bit? Considering I have a slightly low BP, will increasing salt intake be actually beneficial for me?
