Hypothiroidism at 2nd trimestar of preg
My tsh level is5.03 at 20 th week of pregnancy.My Doc suggested me eltroxin 25. Is it appropiate for this tsh level?

Ideally one should get a full thyroid profile including free T3 free T4 levels We like to keep TSH during pregnancy between 0.5 to 2.5 which in your case is high So we would like to supplement it with thyroxine You can meet a endocrinologist who could adjust your dose accordingly
