Hypertrophic scar

Hypertrophic scar

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I slipped on the road 1.5 months back. Got hurt on knee. Now there is an elevated,pale brown,non tender,not painful lesion, which is not itchy over the knee...lision is limited to the site of trauma...non progressive and not invading th e normal skin... Is it hypertrophic scar? What is the treatment for this? I have appiled two oinments. Details are attached here.

Greetings Seems to be keloid or hypertrophic scar.. Applying ointment Wont help much. Silicone gel sheets n intralesional therapy , cryotherapy will definitely give good results . Consult dermatologist in person to discuss treatment opṭions.
