Hypertension
My BP remains in range of 130-140/80 normally but after meals it shoots up to 155/85. ( Usually measured after 40-50 mins) is it normal.pls help

hi dont panic check your bp on regular basis one reading cant make you descisive . is your sleep cycle regular take more fruits rich in potassium which has lowering capacity of your BP.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I'm assuming that you are using a electronic blood pressure measuring device. If yes, then it's not advised to make any conclusions based on those. Get your blood pressure checked out regularly by a physician . Have a salt restricted diet . that will help in reducing blood pressure. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
