I'm assuming that you are using a electronic blood pressure measuring device.
If yes, then it's not advised to make any conclusions based on those.
Get your blood pressure checked out regularly by a physician .
Have a salt restricted diet . that will help in reducing blood pressure.

dont panic check your bp on regular basis one reading cant make you descisive .
is your sleep cycle regular
take more fruits rich in potassium which has lowering capacity of your BP.
to see physician if it lower value crosses 90
increase fliud intake reduce junk foods as it contains more stimulants and salts
