Im taking tazloc 20 mg twice a day for a couple of years now. My bp is avg. 138/85 Can i reduce the dosage

With lifestyle modifications and exercise, meditation, weightloss, it may be possible to reduce drug requirements. It needs to be supervised by physician. Not always possible
