Hypertension
I have a hypertension of around 158/113. I am 18 years of age and presently not suffering from any stress. I also take less salt in meals. Please suggest the remedy ?

Hypertension at such a young age suggests a secondary cause. You must me evaluated thoroughly by a physician to find the cause. Please do not neglect.

You need to consult a doc before your been prescribed medicines. An 18 year old usually does not have that high BP. You need to get evaluvated as soon as possible
