Hypertension
I am 31 years of age and suffering from Hypertension issue from last 6 months. I am taking allopathic medicine and now my BP is around 130/90 but want to look for alternate medicine as allopathic has lot of side effects

Dear Practo User ,
Hypertension can be treated well by Ayurveda medicine & with some panchakarma procedure . You do shirodhara - Ayurveda panchakarma & also take ayurvedic medicine for effective control of hypertension. As you are very young 31yrs old only so alternative medicine will be safer for longer duration.
