Hypertension
Hello Doctor, My husband is 6.1 in height and has a weight of 81 kgs. He walks 30-40 mins daily, however every second day that he checks his BP it usually comes around 130-140. If it goes higher he takes amlovas 5 mg. May I ask if this much BP is alarming or can be considered normal? ... Should he be taking some medicines ! Plz guide.

If till 140 then it's ok. Do lifestyle and diet modifications first. If doesn't improve then need to start proper medications after consultation Can consult me privately for proper management and prescription
