Dear Sir I am in medication for last couple of years and I am taking telma H and selomax according to the prescription. Telma H once and selomax twice a day. I do weight about 78kgs right now is it possible to decrease the dose of selomax ? The current measurement is 110-120/70-80 .when started my weight was 83.

hello there.
it could well be that your blood pressure is in normal range because of the correct dose of medicine.
if we stop or reduce a tablet, it may happen that such good control may not be achieved.
but its all a trial and error thing.
talk to your physician and discuss it with him.
