Hypertension Advise
I have been suffering from Hypertension for the past 2 years. My blood pressure count is always around 150/100. Was put on Nebimac 5 and Telmikind Plus initially. Later was advised Trinexovas. But still there is no much improvement. I had also visited Cardiologist and did all the tests like Renal and ECG but everything was normal. So would like to need advise on what could be possible reason for it and what could be the impact of high blood pressure in future.

Increase physical activity,quit smoking and alcohol if u do loose weight if u over weight and continue medicine distress ur self if any
